Empowerment, Leadership and Movement Coach

Who we are

gracie’s gals: empowerment and leadership focused movement for girls ages 6 to 17.

We lead by example. We positively influence and empower the girls in our community, by focusing on what matters most - who they are. We practice kindness, compassion and patience each day, because that’s what our girls need most. To find out what’s most important to us:

Read Our Manifesto

Our series, workshops and school programs are designed to meet girls where they are and commit to positively influencing them while encouraging personal growth, self-awareness and self-love!

Currently, we are offering a Coaching certification program for the right leaders, who want to be a part of something BIG - a community committed to diversity, inclusion and self-acceptance. Leaders who want to help us achieve our goal of empowering ALL girls – all abilities, all backgrounds, all ages, all sizes and all identities. It’s important to us that any gal who joins gg’s sees herself in our coaches – she can look to them for advice, support or relatability – it’s important to us that our gals feel represented and never feel alone. Together, we will guide them with an approach that echoes what we needed, when we were younger.

Becoming a gracie’s gals certified coach is an ideal option for someone who wants to dedicate themselves to the growth of gracie’s gals. This includes evening sessions, private sessions, summer camp programs, workshops, school programs and a whole lot more!
